The Chicago Cubs clinched the Central with two games remaining. I know ur thinking that the Central is the worst division in baseball...but...yeh...they won the World Series last year...
The Arizona Diamondbacks and San Diego Padres are separated by one game in the NL West going into the final day of the season.
The New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies are tied in the NL East with one game remaining.
The San Diego Padres are one game up in the Wild Card on the Philadelphia Phillies, New York Mets and Colorado Rockies.
***This all depends on the Rockies holding their lead vs. the DBACKS...It's 6-1 in the 5th***

On Sunday: If the Padres are defeated and the Mets, Phillies and Rockies are victorious, there will be a four way tie for the NL Wild Card.
