Adrian Gonzalez just went ya-yo on a Josh Fogg offering and the Fathers are out front 4-3. I'm rooting hard here for the Padres because Peavy is throwing and that means the Fightins only have to face Princeton grad Chris Young.
Kaz (Met Great) Matsui couldn't turn two, Padres up 5-3.
Great away unis also for the Fathers.

If I was a Phils fan I too would be rooting for the Fathers. After watching the first part of this game without Milton Bradley and Mike Cameron their offense is a joke. The only guy that would scare me is Adrian Gonzalez (i.e. the slam he hit) and even he only batted .270 something. Now since Jake Peavy can't start game one against the Phils either, there 2 headed monster isn't that scary because Young has been pitching like shit lately. Either way some good posts so far as I am constantly checking the site out to see whats going on. I can start to spread the word around here Kool about the blog so you can get more hits. It is ridiculous how many Phillies fans have jumped out of the closet here on campus. Kinda makes me laugh because most of these Fuck heads prolly know nothing about baseball. Either way good for the Phillies. By the way even though I said I would be rooting for the Padres, imagine Rockies - Phillies. If I am correct they ranked 2nd and 3rd in the NL in HOmeruns. Not to mention those two ball parks. Coors Fields speaks for itself and Citizens is known as a sea level Coors field. It would be a dinger fest and that could be fun to watch.
